This home features an inviting living area with cozy couches, a tv, and beach views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with island seating and a cozy dining area.

The primary bedroom exudes modern coastal living and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. After spectacular days spent at the beach, guests will rest easy in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is ideal for young kids. Wash away the sand and refresh in the second bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Steps from the beach
The location of this home couldn’t be any better. It is located on Gulf Drive, so 20 steps to the beach. There is vehicular traffic; however , this is outweighed by the benefits of being so close to the beach and being able to pop over to the house for lunch and not having to pack up all of the beach gear. We stopped at Publix to get essentials for the week. The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookwear.

Perfect location!
The location was perfect, and the house was very cute. The back bedrooms did not get very cool, but the fans helped. Everything was great, but we recommend some basic additions to the kitchen such as a can opener, corkscrew, pot holders, and a few other things. There were plenty of chairs, and the wagon is very helpful. The location across from the beach was perfect, and we walked to dinner a couple of times. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!
