The pool was the highlight of the house during our stay. Necessary in the Florida heat, we would cool off there daily. It seemed like this house was newer to renting as it was lacking in some necessities, especially for a house that sleeps 8 people. There were minimal basics, such as hand towels, and a short supply of toilet paper and paper towels available for our week long stay. Alex was accommodating, providing access to these items once requested. The grill is small with no lighter fluid and utensils and a brush werent there to begin the week. Again, Alex provided these and a coffee pot large enough for our group after requested. With some improvements this would be an awesome stay! For example, it would be great to have an information sheet with the wifi code, check in/ out instructions as well as trash instructions. Overall we had a good stay, and we definitely recommend the pool.

Pool is beautiful, neighborhood & house are rough
Pros: Lovely heated clean pool with shade throughout the day. Property inside was clean and check in was easy. Cons: Location was sketchy with garbage & litter outside, boarded up houses and fenced in property with junk in the yard/lunging barking dogs on this block and surrounding blocks. Very uncomfortable furniture, no working remote for TV (which the owner knew from the previous renters), no toilet paper, no paper towels, broken tile, horrible selection of kitchenware, shower was clogged and not draining when we arrived (owner did fix this while we were there).

Quiet location, nice pool
No major complaints, just a few small issues, and quick responses from the host. Not walkable to much but quiet location. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of space for four or five people.

Property not as described
I would give this house the worst review. From the time we walked into the home, it was dirty, gum on the floor, the couch was ripped and had stains on it, the TV remote would not work unless you were 6 inches away. The kitchen table was so old with scratches all over it and sticky with maple syrup or some other substance. The chairs were so old and ripped, there was 1 kitchen towel, 1 glass wine glass, 1 champagne glass, old plates, no drinking cups, no keurig machine, horrible pots and pans , 1 beach towels, no towel rack in one bathroom ( just a over the door hook), no bed frame on one bed- The listing pics showed a frame, every dresser in the house was broken. Outside furniture was torn, rusty and dangerous and some broken. Cabinets were broken. I called the owner and he brought over dishes, (Plastic plates, cups wine glasses and drinking cups). The pool pump , and AC are directly outside the patio door and very loud, you need to turn off Pump and AC to talk outside. The washer and dryer are also right outside the patio door and drain directly in to the flower bed 12 feet away. The AC also was draining directly onto the patio which he did fix. The listing was very misleading and Cost of Rental was NOT equal to what was offered . This property is also in a less than desirable part of town, that you would not feel safe walking around at night.

Great spot
Wonderful home with beautiful landscaping in the back yard with pool included. Plenty of room inside, very clean and updated. Location convenient to beach, highway and airport.
