Consistently friendly staff ( I've stayed here more than once), and the place has great ambience. Limited menu for dinner, and the breakfast buffet is expensive for the limited healthy choices. Also the fitness room had no water in the dispenser, and some equipment was broken.

Advertised baby cribs, we got one for 4 month old. It was brought up with very dirty crib sheet asked for a different one, was brought a queen size sheet told that’s all they have. Dust was hanging from air vents, wasn’t impressed.

Beautiful Hotel & Friendly Staff

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. This hotel lobby was beautiful. I was greeted nicely by the lady at the desk. Our room was spacious for our family of 5 plus our small dog. The only thing I didn't like was not having a microwave and refrigerator but it did have a keurig coffee maker in the room. I was thrilled that the pool was open too. It is a indoor heated pool open until midnight. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant area with a gentleman preparing omelettes and waffles made to order. Our breakfast was included in the price of our room. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and made us feel welcomed. I stay in this area frequently and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. I will be booking my next stay here as well.

Don't expect your reservations to be correct.

When I booked the room I specifically requested two beds, as my teenage son was with me for his college orientation. I also requested 2 breakfasts. When we arrived and went to the room there was one bed. We immediately went back down to the desk and showed them the Travelocity email showing we had requested 2 beds. They said sorry but that request didn't make it to them (Seriously??) and they didn't have another room with 2 beds. I even went so far as to request an additional room for my son then. They said they were completely booked and could provide a twin air mattress. We had no choice but to use it. And we got only 1 breakfast. I will NEVER stay there again.

Awesome hotel and people

We really enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn. It was awesome in every way....from the staff to the room. Thank you Travelocity for finding this hotel for us!
