Breakfast is subpar. Room smelled like dog pee, which i guess is what happens when you stay at a hotel that is pet friendly. Noses stuffed up in the rooms.

If you do not like a room as you walk into it, then you walk back to the desk and ask to cancel it and go to another hotel. It's that simple.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the room was adequate. We checked in that night to friendly a hostess. The reservation was all good, the room was as described. The beadspread was small...you need one for each person. The bathroom was clean but the shower only got warm? "Maybe anti-scolding for children?" The next morning we went to breakfast at 845am. The food was good with both hot & cold selections. As we ate, the new male host began to tear down the breakfast station at 9:05am?? Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. The stay was ok for me but parents with children may not have been as comfortable.

Thank you so much for staying, The breakfast time is 6 am to 9 am, not 10 am. The pool opening time is 10 am. There is a sign at the front desk stating all information about breakfast time, pool time, check in and check out time. We appreciate your feedback.

Mediocre

Pros: Staff was very kind and polite. It was clean.
Cons: Smell - get rid of the musty odor
Location: Western Kentucky University - close to the University
The hotel and room was very mediocre. In fact I would compare this hotel to more like the Motel 6 and Motel 8's of the 90's. It is musty smelling. It really is just a mediocre hotel and more on the lines of a MOTEL and not a hotel. It wasn't a horrific experience but it is just very dated.

Decent hotel in a good location

Pros: Hotel is conveniently located to local attractions. Easy to get to Corvette factory and The museum. Lots of places to eat near by, also shopping.

Perfect stop on a driving trip

I hope to get travelers attention with this review. This hotel was surprisingly and by far better than we expected. We needed just a stopover on a long journey. Usually end up with just "OK" establishments. The price was very reasonable, the entire facility was clean and fresh. The staff greeted us pleasantly and very willing to offer services and help when needed. We will definitely make this our regular stopover in this annual journey we take.

Dated...

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Needs remodeled big time.
Location: Corvette Museum...
This Hotel is dated, needs to be updated. Room was clean, but the hallway had a musty smell, internet access from the room was terrible. The phone that was in the room did not work, it was never replaced. Orange Juice dispenser in the lobby area was not working. Hotel staff was pleasant and easy to work with. My next trip down I will most likely not stay there. Only one handicapped parking place in the parking lot...

Motel was an excellent stay with a good price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Clean motel. Clean rooms. Friendly personnel. A excellent motel for a good price.

The staff made me comfortable during the stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
The hotel surroundings were clean and inviting and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The stay was definitely worth the money and I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to a friend or relative.
