I paid for the upgrade to fresh and wellness but my room had bed bugs, stains on the mirror in the bathroom. People were allowed to smoke in the lobby and casino area. So disgusting.

The Excalibur is a throw back to 2000. It's not old , old, just tired old. It's quite possible that affects of the pandemic have followed by lack of staff and personnel. The old days of "we're glad you're here" have been replaced with " here 'ya go, good luck with that" ... The best thing about the property is it's location.
