Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated LARGE beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - ALL BEDS NEW! NEW bed SIZES! TWO living room areas for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level as well as laundry full bath, kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well. Washer/dryer as well.

Spring break get away
Florida is a nightmare during spring break and we knew Salem / Boston has a different week for spring break so we decided to vacation there. It was perfect. The house was warm and cozy with everything we needed (except a tea kettle, so we bought one and left it there). There was enough space for the kids to have their space and rest after a full day of sight seeing. Two good coffee shops within walking distance was the cherry on top. I wasnt a fan of the downstairs bathroom as it had little shelf space and nowhere to set shampoo and soap, but the water was hot and the water pressure was excellent. This was a great place for a family get away

Perfect rental for 3 couples
The property was perfect! The layout and beds were perfect for our group of 6 (3) couples. Very convenient for walking to all attractions in Salem. The unit was very clean and beds were comfy. Off street parking for 2 regular size vehicles, the view is awesome close to the water. Jennifer responded promptly to all communication. Will definitely book this again when we are in the area!

Fantastic property in Great Location
Location, location, location! Central to everything- the wharf and downtown. Nice quiet street, beautiful view of the water. Easy parking. It was really nice having the 2 upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs suite - our college kid could study downstairs in quiet while we did our thing upstairs. Very nice stay.

The property was perfect for our group of 5. Great location, plenty of space. Off street parking was a big plus!!! Easy check in process. Our only complaint was the WiFi was spotty at times and no tissues. We had a great Halloween in Salem at this property.

This was the third or fourth time we stayed at this property. As usual it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! There are plenty of linens and towels for all of us. Every morning we got to enjoy a nice sunrise over the water!! The property is super close to everything and within walking distance to all major attractions and all the restaurants! The neighborhood is quiet and as usual we had an epic stay in Salem. We are already booked for next year. See you then!!! I highly recommend this property
