Clean but noisy
The positives: The price. Very new and clean environment. Easy access. Free parking. The negatives: Very noisy. There are 6 rooms in the house and I can't speak for the others but ours was extremely noisy. From the "talking" keypad on the bedroom door, hearing conversations upstairs, hearing people walking up and down the stairs, and a very loud noise of rushing water through pipes every time the upstairs faucet was turned on I was awakened several times in the middle of the night. Bring earplugs! Be aware the bathrooms are shared. This wasn't a problem for us but it can easily be missed. At the top of the property details it says "full bath". It isn't until you read further down under "other things to note" that you find out the bathroom is shared. Kind of deceptive if you ask me. That is part of why the property is well priced but it should be noted more prominently.

Funeral and 4 day stay
Booking any room you would expect a recliner or comfortable chair or couch and at least one television. But no, there was absolutely no comforts and no air conditioning. Steady 83 degrees in 90+ weather! I was told the thermostat is apparently up in the top floor where someone resides and controls the thermostats for the entire house. I was very disappointed and I would NOT recommend staying in this location.
