Private estate with ~1,500 feet of frontage on Little Blanco River (usually dry due to drought). Oversized windows look onto the ancient oak forest, with 13 acres of private hiking. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Additional pull out queen sofa bed and an extra bathroom. Quiet, exclusive and peaceful!
