Lovely old building on a pretty square
On a pretty square in a lovely building. Room was nice, but need to sort the mould in the bathroom, and the pillows were a bit lumpy. That said would likely stay again. Service was very friendly.

The hotel looks lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What lets it down (apart from the pillows, which are awful!) is the noise from the bar. This made it impossible to get an early night's sleep. At least it did quieten down after midnight. The breakfast was very tasty, which went some way to making up for a poor night's sleep.

Not a great experience
Rooms were freezing cold with almost see through quilt covers. Lift doesn’t work. Not the hotels fault but work men outside with cutting machines and heavy plant from 7am. £21.50 for overnight parking even in this area is rather steep.
