This Ship House located at the former Marblehead shipyard was built to resemble the bow of a ship with floor to ceiling windows and two levels of wrap around porches. Located on a quiet street you'll enjoy the hot tub, listening to the sounds of nature and watching as the sailboats pass through. Walk down to the boat launch next door to launch your boat or use the provided kayaks to explore the Saco River or if its raining stay in and play in the game room. This home is 5 minutes to downtown Biddeford, 15 to Kennebunkport, or 25 to Portland.

The house was beautiful, the view of the Saco was so enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the profit property was meticulously kept.
