    Very responsive Host!
    House location was perfect for us to stay for a family reunion in Scandia and attending events also in Courtland and Belleville. Had a couple issues in the house, however, the Host was responsive, courteous and made everything right! We'd recommend this house for family or large groups. We had 4 adults and more than enough room!

    Gorgeous house!
    Gorgeous house is a beautiful quiet location! Linens were provided! No internet, no cable, if you want to use the tv you must use your own hot spot! Great A/C! Very comfortable and clean beds! Well stocked kitchen! Pots, pans, dishes and utensils! Property manager is great at responding very quickly and was always courteous! Washer and dryer on site! Down sides: Showers still had owners soaps, shampoos and washcloths in them! The refrigerator still had food and alcohol in it! When we got there we thought we had walked in the wrong house but after contacting property manager we knew we were in the right place! Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

    A great home in the country.
    Our daughter got married in the Concordia area. This house was perfect for what we needed as a place for our family to stay and to have meals available for the bridesmaids and our family. It has a large open living room, nice dining area, and a kitchen that several people can work in at the same time. The host was great to work with. The beds were very comfortable. If you need a large house in the Country between Belville and Concordia, this house is great.
