Check in was chaotic, with booking through hotels.com and hotel not aligning, paying $74.70 through a "discount site" like hotels.com vs. rack rate was very disappointing to discover. Hotel only had me for 1 night, but had proof of 2 nights. The staff was able to accomodate despite being sold out for 2nd night. The condition of the pool/whirlpool was the only other disappointment. The hotel, food, staff were amazing. Room was extremely clean, spacious. The staff at the casino excellent, and our server in the restaurant was exceptional. I feel like this is a great stay, in a beautiful location, but my disasstisfaction is with Hotels.com
