Full kitchen, living room area with a loft bedroom overlooking living area.
Owners home is on property. This property is a guesthouse with a private pool. seasonal closing October 26, 2023 opening April 8, 2024.
5 miles to Bardstown historical district and 12 distillery's with in 15 miles. Approximately 40 miles to Louisville 50 miles to Lexington.

Hidden Gem
This property was the perfect for our short trip visiting distilleries. The weather was perfect, which allowed for pool time and grill time. Jim and Valerie were so fun to talk with. The house is equipped with everything you may need. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem!

July 24-26, 2023 It's a beautiful and peaceful place, just like the pictures. They thought of everything. You only need to bring your clothes, food & your personal items like toothbrush etc. It's so clean and restful. A few short miles to town. The owners are super nice and will help you with anything. I wish we could've said good bye to them. (Wendy & Scott) WV.

This pool house property is absolutely fabulous and Valerie, Jim & Dixie are amazing hosts! Everything was super clean and cozy and the house has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The pool is huge, heated & super clean. And we cannot say enough amazing things about the views on the massive & very private property. Thank you so much for hosting us & making us feel like we were at home! The extra touch of the handwritten welcome note and birthday sign for my husband really made us feel special. We already cannot wait to visit again!!
