The staff at the hotel were both professional and polite and were able to deal with those last minute things such as a replacement toothbrush etc without any fuss.
The hotel is only a short walk away from the town centre and the railway station which has a frequent service in to central Barcelona.
The hotel benefits from a secure car park which is free and provides good peace of mind.
The hotel is located in a more industrial zone of Ripollet which means over night there can be a lot of loading and unloading taking place and this can be a bit disruptive if you are a light sleeper.
The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom comes with a shower and has both shampoo and liquid soap provided along with a hairdryer.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding was but my preference would be for thicker pillows.
Overall I would recommend the hotel, it is a well connected location and means you are also close to the national park and the mountains giving you the best of access to the city and countryside. It also allows you to experience a small town which has a wide variety of shops and places to eat.
