The bedding sheet and pillow is not clean, has several old stains. The location is good and it’s quiet. Front desk is easily to get on hold. But they do store your luggage in the lobby, does not feel safe

Great location
Great location in the centre of Barcelona. Room was a reasonable size, comfortable and functional. Reception is only open between 10am and 6pm. I was there for work so was never at the hotel between those hours. Not really a problem as they communicated well through WhatsApp. I stay here again.

The BeMate location in Barcelona was safe and walkable to many top locations. The apartment was spacious for four of us and bright and clean. We would definitely choose to stay there again the next time we are in Barcelona.

This area was supposed to be a nice and quiet area, however, the restaurant nearby still can make some kind of noise in the evening, close the windows then. As for safety, I think it is, but! My friend’s bag was almost grabbed by a thief while she was having breakfast, luckily she acted fast and the neighbor were helping to stop. As for our room, remember, DO NOT book room, DO BOOK apartment, I didn’t know that was a huge difference, the room was so small that we didn’t have space to open our luggage :( The daily cleaning was good though.
