Beech Mountain Villa with Views 3/4 mile to skiing

Freshly renovated vintage styled Beech Mountain condo with 2 master suites and open floor plan all on one level, there is plenty of room for all of your guests to come together and still have their own space. Lots of windows and open space provide great natural light and opportunities for enjoying the long range views either relaxing inside or while taking in some fresh mountain air on the deck.
Only 3/4 mile away from the Beech Mtn Ski Resort.
The space
Intentionally decorated with calm and peaceful happiness in mind. Updated with new flooring and paint, but we kept some of the retro items for the charm!
The mountains are cool and the average high in the Summer is in the low 70's. The units have heat, but no air conditioner.
Fans are in bedrooms and a box fan is available.

Other things to note:
Get your walking shoes on because you will be taking many steps down to our condo!

I know it's a lot, but it feels so invigorating when you breathe in that fresh mountain air and ascend or ...descend those steps!
(Would not be appropriate for older folks with knee or hip problems.)
In the Summer, the access road is open and you can drive to the condo and unload, but it is closed during the winter months.

4WD or All WD are recommended in the winter months.
If roads are snow covered, please use Village Rd rather than Northridge Rd to arrive at complex.
Guest access
You have access to the entire main floor and deck of condo. There is a lower room that is only designated for the owners as they use it as storage. There is a separte entrance so you will not be bothered.

We do allow dogs, but there is a non-refundable pet fee of $125.
