Room was very clean, bed so comfy, and extremely friendly and accomodating staff. I stayed here the night before an early flight and wished i could have stayed longer.

Disappointment

Pros: location
Cons: Customer Service!
I recently stayed at the same hotel in Fort Jackson South Carolina and has the best experience and time. I thought i should try it locally in Baltimore since i was traveling out that way, the staff was not at all the same friendly ones that i had encountered in SC. When checking in I was never even greeted the lady started to just click around on her computer after asking me my last name and that was it- handed the room key with no explanation of where to find elevators, no mention of the breakfast where or when. The room itself could have been cleaner and had a smell that never left. Overall was not the same great time I had at another location, and unfortunately will not be returning to this location for sure and will thinktwice in general.

My stay

Pros: the size room was nice, the bed comfortable and clean.
Cons: the pool i think should be in the back of the Hotel and not in front where its not private and should be a little away from the Hotel for less NOISE:~
Location: Wendy's, 7-11 and the Movie theater is in walking distance!! otherwise a car is needed, and of course the huge Mall and casino:~) which was a treat.
i would have rated it 5 but i asked for the quietest part of the hotel and i was put by the pool & on the 2nd floor. Needless to say it was loud! Next time I will make sure I check out the room, look out the windows ect before i unpack everything and settle in:~(
