Discover our dream villa within a green setting, only 50m away from the beach.

The appartment is composed of a living room, (including a tv with Netflix), a fully-equiped kitchen, which is perfect to cook a meal after a long day at the beach.

Enjoy a good night sleep with two bedrooms, each with 2 beds which can be joined to have a big one.
If, just like us, you are a big family, the sofa bed can welcome two more people.

Need to work during your stay? Or wanna put some pretty pics on Instagram? The house has a great wifi!

Of course, we don't forget the little ones! Different materials are available to you (little bed, high chair, and buggey). Plenty of games for kids are also there, beach toys, books, board games..

Enjoy the sun and the fresh air in our outside setting.
The covered terrace is perfect for late night meals or long card games!

The garden, full of flowers and protected, is ideal to take a nap under the trees'shades and to let the children run free. It is also equiped of an arbour, perfect to take your breakfast in the sun, to enjoy a barbecue under the shade, and ideal for sea food when the sun goes down.

Park your car within the house and walk your way around town, or bike it! You'll find shops, restaurants, beach clubs a few minutes away from the house!

The sand beach, which can welcome disabled people, is only 50m away from the house.

It is watched from June to September, and all my kids have learnt how to swim there. If relaxing on the beach is not your thing, Argeles has many fun activities to offer!

The landlord can also offer a tour in his classic car, or even boat trips!

The house can welcome up to 7 people!

Next to the sea and a wonderful proprietress
We spent two weeks in this house during June-July. It was fully equipped, clean and it suited our family perfectly. Mme Amiel, the owner of the house was very generous for all intents and purposes. We can really recommend this location.

ein toller Urlaub in einem Haus am Meer
Ein gemütliches Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten und einem traumhaften Pavillon, in dem die ganze Familie ihren Urlaub genießen kann. Günstig gelegen in der Nähe des Zentrums und doch sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Ein paar Meter vom Strand. Moderne Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Wir wurden von einem exzellenten Gastgeber betreut, der stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Merci beaucoup Philippe, c'était des vacances uniques que nous aimerions refaire.

Superbe location
Location spacieuse et idéalement située, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Plage, commerces et restaurants juste à côté. On peut faire toute les vacances à pied. Les propriétaires sont attentifs au bien-être de leurs vacanciers. Encore merci nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie im August 2020
Wir haben traumhafte Ferien mit unseren drei Kindern in dieser Wohnung verbracht, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sie liegt ideal - nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und dem wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch nicht weit die Strandpromenade, die nach 200 Metern in eine Allee mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants führt. Im schönen Garten haben wir jeden Mittag unterm Pavillion gegessen, die Kinder konnten spielen. Es sind sogar ein Grill und Spielsachen wie Federball vorhanden. Sehr angenehm fanden wir auch, dass das Auto einen Stellplatz im Vorgarten hatte, da die Parkmöglichkeiten zumindest im Sommer an der Straße begrenzt sind. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir können sie rundum nur weiterempfehlen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne bald wieder hier Urlaub machen. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Superbe séjour
Un grand merci aux propriétaires, pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Le gite est superbement bien placé, au calme et pourtant à 50 mètres de la plage et très proche des commerces.

Location idéalement située, à proximité de la mer et de la promenade menant aux différents commerces de la station balnéaire. Le plus est le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur un emplacement prévu à l’intérieur de la propriété. Encore un grand merci à la propriétaire des lieux pour sa gentillesse et discrétion.
