On one floor, it consists of a large living area with exposed beams, kitchen, living room, sofa bed for 2 people and TV.
A modern sliding door structure divides the living area from the bedroom.
The hallway is arranged with several custom doors/cabinets.
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg warmer and dishwasher.
The bathroom, also large, is divided into two: on one side there is a shower and a sink, on the other the toilet, the washing machine and another sink.
The absence of intermediate walls, between one room and another, gives lightness and brightness without having to give up your private space.
Two large windows/doors open onto the terrace that offers a fantastic view of Lake Como.
