Atendimento: O atendimento prestado pela equipe do Hotel Ibis foi exemplar, demonstrando profissionalismo e cordialidade. Ambiente e Mobília: A experiência foi comprometida pela presença de móveis antigos que prejudicaram o conforto do quarto. Recomendaria uma renovação para proporcionar um ambiente mais agradável. Limpeza e Odor: Infelizmente, o quarto apresentava um mal cheiro persistente, afetando a qualidade da estadia. Uma atenção especial à limpeza e ventilação é necessária para melhorar esse aspecto. Itens Básicos: Faltavam itens essenciais no quarto (toalhas e cobertores), o que impactou negativamente na conveniência da estadia.
