Our apartment is located in a central and quiet residential area, ideally located in the south of South Tyrol between the center of Eppan and Kaltern am See. There is a small lawn, reserved parking space and a garage for bicycles (with a socket for e-bikes). The most popular destinations such as B. the Montiggler forest lakes (bathing lakes) and the numerous castles and palaces are easily accessible on foot, by car or by public transport (bus stop 300 m, bike path 500 m away). In the immediate vicinity there is a large bike shop with bike rental. Appiano is a paradise for bikers and hikers.
