The hotel was overall good. We liked the food variety. On the flip side the Cooling system / air conditioner of the hotel was closed and the room was quite warm at night. We were informed that in November they close the cooling system. We couldn’t sleep properly but later we were provided a fan. The mini bar refrigerator was also out of order but was eventually repaired the next day.

My recent stay at IC Green Palace was exceptional in many ways, particularly due to the outstanding guest services provided by Natalia. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is a stunning property, with well-maintained gardens, beautiful pools, and a prime beachfront location. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering all necessary amenities. Dining options were diverse and top-notch. Not to mention prime alcoholic beverage selection. What stood out for me as a family traveler was the impressive array of amenities for kids. IC Green Palace offers a fantastic children's program with supervised activities, and even a water park. In summary, IC Green Palace is a top-notch hotel with exceptional guest services, particularly thanks to Natalia. It's an ideal choice for families, thanks to its fantastic amenities for kids. I am really pleased staying in IC Hotel green Park with 6 of my family members for 4 nights because of the following - Many facilities available in the hotel. - Food was delicious and ready every time. - Aqua park is excellent and make my kids very heavy. - Clean swimming pools. - Sea sport are available.
