A beautiful home with an amazing view!
The house is beautiful and Roberto was an amazing host! The pool was amazing and warm with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house was large and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues that we did NOT complain about to Roberto because they didn't effect our stay. But, the house was very warm during the day. There is only AC in the bedrooms. However, we didn't spend a lot of time IN the house. We were out on the deck and in the pool. My biggest complaint was there was no hot water. We took a very fast cool showers. My biggest issue which is out of Roberto's control was, the lift to the beach broke down three times. We got stuck twice on the lift and had to wait for help to come to reset it. If you rent this house I would not advise using the lift at night when no one is around. There are stairs that go down to the beach. We wound up using them the rest of the time. Again, these were minor issues and we still had an amazing time at Roberto's house. The water in the ocean was very warm and clean. It's a nice clean beach as well. There are a couple of homeless dogs that the people at the marina take care of that are so cute and friendly. They greeted us every day and never bothered us! We loved them. The area to and from the beach is filled with beautiful trees and flowers. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here! The house, the pool, the patio and bbq area are all worth the stay! Overall I highly recommend this house! I would definitely stay here again!

Un lugar maravilloso!!
Nuestra estadía en la casa de Roberto fue increíble, la vista es impresionante, la playa hermosa con aguas cálidas y cristalinas , la casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros en el condominio que cuenta con sillas y sombrillas para disfrutar la playa. Bien ubicado a corta distancia de un área comercial con todo lo necesario, supermercados , combustible bancos etc. Recomiendo mucho la casa de Roberto qie fue muy amable y nos dio información de restaurantes en Paraty y servicio de delibery. Muchas gracias Roberto, seguro qie volveremos !!

Excelente Opção em Angra dos Reis
Eu e meus amigos adoramos nossa estadia na casa do Sr. Roberto, a casa é limpa, equipada com todos os utensílios domésticos necessários, são fornecidos toalhas, travesseiros e roupas de cama. Sem falar a vista, que é extraordinária. Fomos em um grupo de 10 adultos e 2 crianças e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados.Contratamos o serviço da cozinheira Néia, que nos atendeu com muita presteza e nos tratou com muito carinho. O condomínio oferece cadeiras, guarda-sóis e gelo na praia, o que facilita muito. O acesso a praia é feito através de um bondinho ou caminhando por cerca de 05 minutos . O Sr Roberto , proprietário da casa nos atendeu com muito esmero e foi super atencioso em nossas dúvidas e necessidades, sempre nos respondendo com muita brevidade. Enfim, Recomendo à todos que se hospedem neste imóvel em Angra.

Os sete dias que passamos em Angra na casa do Sr Roberto foram espetaculares, a casa é excelente, a visão é fantástica, a praia é muito boa e limpa, o Sr. Roberto deu todo suporte que precisamos antes e durante os dias que estivemos lá. A cozinheira Jaqueline, faxineira Elisangela e o caseiro Edi são nota 1000, de total capacidade e confiança. Ficou aquele gostinho de quero mais e com certeza vamos voltar.

A casa é exatamente o que está nas fotos, e toda a presteza e atendimento do Sr. Roberto e de seu caseiro Bide foram essenciais para terem tornado nosso feriado de Páscoa inesquecível! A área da churrasqueira é ampla e confortável, a casa também super confortável e aconchegante, tudo funcionando em perfeito estado (eletros, ventiladores, ar condicionado, etc.). Amamos e pretendemos voltar sempre que possível.

Uma mansão com uma vista de cartão postal!
A casa é perfeita. Ficamos admirando como a arquitetura da casa está integrada à natureza, que é um destaque à parte, desde a mata atlântica até a cachoeira que deságua na praia. A vista é uma das melhores que eu já vi na vida. E olha que eu já viajei bastante pelo mundo. A casa possui muitos ambientes especiais, desde a cozinha gourmet, a hidromassagem com vista para a mata atlântica, a sala de jantar e a de tv com vista total para o mar, etc. Mas a minha família curtiu especialmente a área da piscina, que é completíssima. Ali fizemos vários churrascos e refeições especiais. A infraestrutura da casa impressiona com a quantidade de mimos, desde a qualidade das toalhas e roupas de cama, máquina de gelo, tv com netflix, wifi excelente, etc. A praia, além de paradisíaca, é limpíssima e segura. Meus filhos adoraram. Fiquei impressionado com a estrutura que o condomínio oferece na praia, disponibilizando água, gelo, cadeira, sombrinhas, etc, ou seja, quando queríamos ir à praia, bastava pegar o bondinho (super prático) e descer para a praia, só levávamos o protetor solar. O anfitrião (sr. Roberto) também merece elogios. Notamos que ele se dedica muito em garantir uma experiência inesquecível a seus hóspedes. Enfim, graças à casa e ao sr. Roberto, eu e a minha família vivemos momentos especiais em Angra. Com certeza voltaremos.

Vista Fantástica, mas...
A vista de fato é o ponto alto do imóvel. Além da vista, a casa é bem confortável em termos de móveis. Os quartos são bons e os banheiros também. Alguns pontos a melhorar são a limpeza geral da casa e dos utensílios domésticos, que estavam sujos quando cheguei. Outros alertas são que o acesso à praia é íngreme (cerca de 40m de desnível) com uma caminhada de cerca de 400m, dependendo de um "bondinho", mas que não funcionava, fazendo com que a ida e volta fossem desconfortáveis. Além disso ficamos duas manhãs sem energia elétrica e a casa/condomínio não contam com gerador. Os quartos não possuem cortinas blackout, apenas persianas, fazendo com que fique impossível dormir muito mais depois do nascer do sol. Falta também água filtrada na casa, precisando levar e/ou comprar água potável para a estadia. Falta também ar condicionado na sala e cozinha, que com os vidros todos que a casa tem, transformam esses ambientes numa estufa durante o dia. Pelos problemas com energia, bondinho e a sujeira, tentei negociar com o proprietário um desconto na estadia, mas para minha surpresa ele se descontrolou, me acusando de deixar a casa suja (paguei taxa extra na reserva para a limpeza final!!!) e dizendo que os problemas do bondinho e da energia elétrica não eram dele. Disse ainda que não deveria ter me alugado a casa...vai entender...Pela casa daria 3 ou 4 estrelas de avaliação final, mas pelos problemas e, principalmente, pelo destempero do proprietário, dou 2 estrelas para alertar os próximos viajantes.

Casa Maravilhosa e muito funcional com uma vista Surpreendente e espaço gourmet muito legal!
Adoramos nossa estadia nesta maravilhosa casa, não só atendeu como superou nossas expectativas. A casa é ainda mais linda que nas fotos. Super completa e equipada! A área da piscina é muito legal, e foi o lugar mais frequentado da casa, com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. A praia é um paraíso particular e estava maravilhosa todos os dias inclusive para as crianças. Com direito a práticas de caiaque e stand up. Sr Roberto, é uma pessoa muito gentil e nos recebeu muito bem, sempre receptivo e disposto a esclarecer qualquer dúvida . Obrigada pela atenção e com certeza voltaremos neste paraíso!
