Disappointed
It really wasn't what I expected
1 --a receptionist named Tammy was very rude and disrespectful at first, she didn't even welcome us and didn't answer my greetings, then she became annoyed and began to ask me too many unnecessary questions and took too much time to let me into the room
2--- once in the room, my children, my husband and I got ready to go to the pool and jacuzzi because it was a very special occasion for us and we just wanted to enjoy the facilities of the place we rented and soon forget about the day by day there in our city and when we went down to the pool we found that it was closed, the receptionist told us that it was not in operation !!!!!????
and the pool and jacuzzi was the main reason why we chose that place
So that ruined our special occasion and I was really upset, I have to admit it. Finally, they call to another hotel and sent us to the pool of another hotel 😱 imagine the main reason why we rented that place was not working and we had to drive to another place to spend a while in the jacuzzy and the pool and all wet have to drive back to our hotel 😲
The receptionist and the pool was very uncomfortable, the rest was good
