Great hotel right across the street from the beach

Pros: Clean, nice, new.
Cons: WIFI was horrible! Speedtest was done: approx 1M down/ 0.9 M up.
Location: Right across the street from the beach. Great walking/running path all along the beach.
They obviously spent a huge amount of money on this place - everything was spotless, beautiful and new. My shower was so nice I couldn't wait to get in (room 401). I had a great view of the beach. The room was gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable and had the greatest sheets ever. Great, delicious, assortment for breakfast. Don't forget to check out the pool on the roof. Unfortunately, the hotel was practically the only clean building I saw in the city. Lots of graffiti and trash throughout - maybe they clean up for tourist season? I wasn't charged for parking but my bill did say 15 Euro per day for parking - something to keep an eye out for during tourist season. The parking lot is dark at night - don't leave anything in your car.
