Fabulous 3 bedroom villa, garden and close to the beach

Come and enjoy a charming and exclusive village, where you can enjoy a holiday, a weekend or a long-term stay, with excellent comfort. In the morning you can hear the singing of larks and jays, children can dream and let their creativity fly in the wonderful house of the Pirates of the tree.

Independent house carefully decorated in a Mediterranean style (it was published in decoration blogs), it is the ideal environment to enjoy a few days of rest in the best family style. Located in the Quinta da Balaia condominium, just a few minutes (20min on foot and 5min by car) from Santa Eulalia beach and the entertainment areas of Albufeira and several restaurants and hypermarkets.

This spectacular villa has 3 bedrooms with capacity for up to 8 people (including children). 1 bedroom suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. All environments (bedrooms and living room) have air conditioning. The living/dining room has a table for 8 people, overlooking the property's gardens.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with: espresso machine (Nespresso capsules), dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob., toaster, fresh and hot water filter dispenser, (you will not need to buy mineral water) , microwave, oven and laundry room with washing machine. The garden area has 900m2. Sun loungers (2), garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs), BBQ area, shower and the Tree House and outdoor table for 8 people; the house most preferred by the little ones, built in wood with top quality material and with total safety.

The villa has private parking, alarm, high-speed fiber, WIFI system, bicycles for adults and children (subject, however, to a cost per stay).

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) cost 25 euros.
Late check-in between 19:00 and 00:00 has a cost of 25 euros

On request we can provide a crib.

For winter bookings (Nov to March) - Cleaning fee: 90 euros

Exploring Portugal
Our daughter got married near Lisbon. We wanted a quiet place to relax for the week after the wedding. The Villa was perfect. We spent the week exploring the Algarve. The location was ideal for taking day trips. The Villa was close enough to town that you could walk, but far enough away that it was quiet. Great setup for families. It would have been nice if the little restaurant and store in the complex had been open.

A casa tem uma decoração muito bonita, um jardim bem cuidado com uma casa na árvore. A rede e o baloiço no jardim ajudam a relaxar à sombra do Pinheiro e Oliveira num ambiente tranquilo e sossegado. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários para a confecção das refeições. Tanto o interior da casa como o jardim proporcionam um ambiente criativo, colorido e muito alegre. É um espaço ótimo para descontrair, relaxar, inspirador de bons momentos em família!

Perfect for family holiday
We filled the capacity of the place, including with our golden retreiver, and still felt very comfortable. Amazing decoration and composition of the house and the garden, and the owner was always very polite and helpful.

A lovely family friendly villa
Just returned home from a lovely week at Jorges villa. The villa is very quaint and quirky and the décor is beach theme, Lovely furnishings and a gorgeous garden area where the children are safe and enclosed, There is a lovely tree house and use of a hammock which my daughter could not get enough of as she is autistic and loves swings and spent hours in there. All mod cons, dishwasher etc washing machine in a separate out house. The bedrooms are a good size and very clean, although I do have to add the beds are very very firm and I do like a soft mattress! As for the complex it self it needs a good revamp in my opinion the roads avery very uneven The pool was all locked up and apparently you could request a key from reception but nobody was round it using the sunbeds or anything just people using the tennis courts so we didn't bother. The area is very peaceful and only a short drive to The Strip and centre of Albufeira. All in all we really enjoyed our week here and would definitely return to the villa again Thank you Jorge We really enjoyed our stay

Wonderful villa in great location
We had a great week, my granddaughter loved the treehouse and garden. The villa had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and equipment in the kitchen. The pool, cafe and small shop on site were an added bonus. The location for the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops was ideal. We also did day trips to zoo marine and slide and splash which were great despite it being the end of the season. We recommend this villa we had a great holiday.

Casa espectacular, nenhum detalhe deixado ao acaso. A casa da árvore foi uma aventura para as crianças! Local super sossegado e perto de praias, piscina comunitária pertissimo da casa. Casa com condições excelentes para acomodar 3 casais e crianças!!

Fantastic House
It was all fantastic. The house is very nice! The only thing I will point out is that in the description of the house, they mention that there are soaps, gel, and shampoos, and there are none. We arrived tired at the end of the day on Sunday, and we were forced to go to the supermarket immediately, as there was not even 1 mop for the dishes, a kitchen cloth, a tablet for the washing machine, nor 1 extra garbage bag. But it all went beautifully and we loved it

Bien decorada y equipada
La casa está muy bien, es muy bonita y está muy equipada. Sin embargo, no hemos coincidido con el propietario y no se ha implicado ante problemas que hemos tenido. Solo nos hemos comunicado mediante mensajes de la plataforma y no cogía el teléfono. Asimismo, dentro de los servicios que ofrecía el anuncio aparecía el acceso a una piscina comunitaria. La piscina estaba cerrada y en malas condiciones, por lo que no pudimos utilizarla.
