Ruined my holiday and can't be trusted
Scam artist. Cancelled my booking a told me to go to another hotel, when I arrived. They didn't even offer me a drink or to pay the additional 8 Euros I had to pay for the taxi. I was even told that the new place was cheaper, and that was a lie. Also at the new place they didn't know about the deposit I had already paid for the hotel, so I had to pay full price for the new hotel and a higher rate. I still don't know where the deposit is. When I phoned back to the hotel to insist that they come to pay my deposit to the new hotel Inga put the phone down on me. I made the booking about 5 days before I was due to arrive and even phoned and spoke to Inga, I explained I was an female travelling alone and I had health issues so would need assistance to get my bags up the stairs. She was very helpful and even said she would put my in low level accomodation. When I got there she said that they had overbooked and there was no accomodation available. But I suspect that they had got another offer for the accomodation from a couple or family. I think they got rid of me because I was travelling alone. It ruined the first holiday I have taken in 12 years and it was also my birthday. It caused me alot of distress.
Also the photo's of the property do not show the extremely steep walk to the road and car park. So not a good place if you have health problems.
