It's really hard to find, locals didn't know it.It
It tookme about an hour or so to fi d the place, not even with the GPS it kept telling me I was there, but the hotel has no name out side the gate or any identifying sings the bathroom had no toilettery.I had to go out at night to buy some, the room was coming apart it had no curtains except for the front entrance. No privacy at all.I had to turn the lights off cuss people could see trhugh the very thin coutain at the room's entrace.the woman at the front desk was very unproffetional. I would not go back there if they payed me.

Las fotos que encontré del hotel no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, las paredes estan dañadas, las cortinas rotas, la limpieza del baño terrible. El personal hizo lo posible por darnos un mejor servicio pero no pudieron cumplir con la limpieza exhaustiva que les pedimos. Al menos las albercas estaban limpias, pero no hay Club de Playa - "para nada". el acceso a la playa muy sucio también. En términos generales es un hotel viejo al que no le han dado mantenimiento, ni lo mantienen limpio. Muy triste porque tiene una excelente ubicación.

El hotel esta bastante deteriorado, no le dan mantenimiento. Los techos de las habitaciones están rotos, las ventas no cierran bien, a las puertas no les sirve bien el seguro la verdad esta muy muy viejo y me parece un poco elevada la cuota para lo que es

Se aprecia que en sus tiempos fue un buen hotel, pero está demasiado descuidado, es notable que han pasado varios años sin mantenimiento, en los baños: llaves y regaderas con fuga de agua, goteras en el plafón, hongos en paredes, ropa de cama en muy malas condiciones, colchones horribles, faltan áreas verdes. En pocas palabras, muy viejo.

Agradecemos las atenciones y el servicio del hotel, pero la primer habitacion que nos dieron tenia mal la chapa de la puerta, muy amables nos ofrecieron el cambio a otra habitacion pero a esta no le funcionaba muy bien el aire acondicionado, por las noches queriamos apagarlo o bajar la intensidad y no se podia, y qudaron en repararlo al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada pero eso nunca paso, esperamos que mejoren las instalaciones del hotel pues podrian ser del tipo bueno, bonito y barato que es lo que muchos buscamos

Hotel que Esta bien ubicado y bonito pero sin mant
Me parece muy bonito pero tambien muy descuidado y como es posible que ya no tenga camastros en la playa y que las camas esten en pesimo estado espero que estos comentarios sirvan para mejorar las instalaciones. Ya que el personal es muy eficiente pero con ese tipo de deterioros no pueden hacer mucho .

la verdad les doy las gracias por poder comentarles mi mala experiencia en el hotel , yo pienso que es un engaño porque por internet nos muestran fotografias del hotel y la verdad te llevas el chasco de tu vida, ccuando me dieron la avitacion pues limpia pero en muy mal estado el mueble donde esta la TV estaba a punto de romperse de lo podrido que esta la TV no se veia clara era muy vieja las puertas de los closets costaba abrirlas pues la madera inchada no permitia abrirlas laregadera echava agua para todos lados menos para la tina , no habia toallas y cuandole comente al encargado nada mas le dio risa pero en fin esto es malo porquw pierdes credivilidad en el internet pues te muestran una cosa y te dan otra gracias por permitirme hacer este tipo de comentarios que espero les sirvan por cierto el hotel y la alverca estan bonitos pero les falta muuucho mantenimiento
