This is the only hotel with no coffee. Not even in lobby. Rooms have minimal amenities- no fridge, microwave access, lotion. TV is antenna so reception is poor. The internet couldnt be used because I was "too far away from the router." Therefore, you cant work here. The room phone didnt work. The front desk made transportation for wrong date - day after I checked out.

We were upgraded to a sweet because they didn’t have our room. We thought great! When opening the door the room stunk of marijuana. So bad we couldn’t even walk in it. We were changed to another sweet where the comforter was not clean. We threw it on the floor with all the spots and dirt showing on the floor, only to see it on the bed the next night. Not clean at all.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. Would have liked coffee machine in the room.

We stayed here to be close to the Thanksgiving Parade. It was perfect! We could take turns running back for bathroom and such. They also stored our luggage and were fantastic!
