Paella and Spanish Culinary Workshops offer visitors the opportunity to experience traditional plates from the region. As well as appreciate the historical and cultural context that informs and shapes the food we eat in the Mediterranean province of Valencia.
Become a masterchef for a day and learn the secrets of real Valencian Paella.
In your hands-on workshops, you can choose from Paella Valenciana, Seafood Paella or Vegetarian Paella which is appropriate for Vegans.
Included in the workshop are tapas, dessert and first two drinks. wear your apron and get a pencil for note-taking. The workshop runs for 3 hours and once the paella is finished you will eat at our family style table. Throughout the workshop, you also taste delicious small snacks.
After the workshop, enjoy the dinner in a convivial atmosphere.
