Giethoorn

There are many Dutch towns, cities and villages that merit a visit, but one of them is certainly Giethoorn. Often referred to as the ‘Little Venice’of the Netherlands, only accessible by boat and with an absence of roads and cars. This picturesque village located in the north of the country consists of islands that are connected by approximately 180 bridges. It’s beautiful canals, picturesque wooden bridges and farmhouses with centuries-old thatched roofs will give you a unique fairy-tale vibe. We invite you for a canal cruise to experience the peace, tranquility and natural beauty of this magical village. Giethoorn is also known for its excellent restaurants where you’ll be able to have lunch ( not included ) and have free time to explore Giethoorn yourself.

Hasselt

You will walk directly into the Old Town, following its cobblestone streets passing medieval houses. History is on the streets in Hasselt. You walk with your experienced private guide along the atmospheric canals and the narrow streets. The Hanseatic city Hasselt is full of stories from a far and less distant past.Discover why Hasselt is also called 'small Amsterdam'!
