Description

The Grand Canyon encompasses more than 275 miles (440 km) of the powerful Colorado River, which created the giant chasm over centuries of erosion. Explore the canyon and river on this epic adventure that combines sightseeing by air, water, and land.

Your outing begins with an airplane flight that provides spectacular views of the canyon's eastern rim. The air-conditioned airplane boasts large windows for the best views of the Colorado River as well as the vast reservoir of Lake Powell.

Touch down and take a seat in a 4-wheel-drive vehicle and venture off for a 90-minute guided tour through the upper Antelope Canyon. Hosted by a Native American guide, the tour winds through the stunning canyon named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that used to roam here.

Next, transfer from road to river as you embark on a rafting trip along the Colorado. A motorized raft whisks you 15.5 miles (25 km) downstream, stopping en route to view the canyon's ancient rock carvings. Once the rafting tour ends at historic Lee's Ferry, a coach brings you back to Grand Canyon National Airport, passing through the Navajo Reservation with a stop at the Cameron Trading Post.

This is a perfect way to experience the Grand Canyon. All three parts of the package--aerial tour, Antelope Canyon tour, and smooth-water rafting--were well done--even the bus trip back from Lee's Ferry to Grand Canyon Airport. All of the guides on all parts of the trip were friendly and accommodating. Make sure your camera data card has plenty of storage space, because you're gonna want to take lots of pictures.

Absolutely the best tour money we have ever spent. Flight was amazing.our pilot and Co were so friendly and pointed out things not on the audio. Off to our Jeep tour to Antelope Canyon. Rosie, our guide. was so knowledgeable. She helped each of us with our phone cameras to get the best photos. The went on to take our ;phones and take pics of every family in the best spots. Channing on our river raft was fun and made the entire trip enjoyable. I was so happy we took this tour. Now, which of the 400 pics we took to post!!!!
