All year round, visitors can take part in a guided tour with EVO oil tasting, an experience that allows them to discover the mill, learn about the milling techniques, and follow the process that leads to the creation of a quality oil. The tour ends with a guided tasting, where guests are introduced to the art of recognizing aromas and flavors, distinguishing the different qualities, and appreciating the true value of extra virgin olive oil.
