What you can expect

Welcome to La Vigna degli Dei, our family home in Agerola, above the Amalfi Coast.
This experience is deeply personal to us. It’s about memory, tradition, and the way food has always been cooked in our family — starting from the land and ending at the table.

Foraging the Way Our Family Always Has
We begin with a walk through our farmhouse and gardens. You’ll meet our animals, see how we live, and enjoy the views over the Amalfi Coast.
Then we slow down and look at what grows around us. Together, we’ll forage fresh herbs right here on the farm — the same herbs Pasquale’s grandmother used in her cooking. We’ll show you how to recognise them, how we use them, and why they are so important to the flavours of our traditional dishes. These herbs will become the heart of the meal.

Grandma’s Ravioli, Made by Hand
Back in the kitchen, Rosanna and Pasquale will guide you through making fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll prepare Ravioli della Nonna, filled with our special herb-based family recipe, and fresh tagliatelle, shaped by hand with care. These are not recipes from a book, but dishes passed down through gestures, taste, and memory.

Wine, the Cellar & Family Stories
While the pasta rests, Pasquale will pour his homemade organic wine, made from grapes grown on our land. We’ll also visit the cellar where the wine is produced and stored — a quiet place where stories come naturally and time slows down.

Lemon Tiramisù to Finish
Before eating, Rosanna will guide you in preparing our lemon (or coffee) tiramisù, made with lemons picked from our trees and our homemade limoncello. Fresh, light, and simple.

️ Enjoy the Meal+
When everything is ready, you’ll enjoy handmade ravioli, fresh tagliatelle, lemon tiramisù, and homemade organic wine. There’s no rush — just good food, conversation, and the feeling of being welcomed into a real family moment.
