This was located as an office room in a flexible office space. It was an office room with a large frosted window through which the outside office lights shone through all night. The bed was not a futon. It was a sofa that folded out, but there was no mattress on top and we were forced to sleep on the frame. You literally were lying on a wooden frame with the wooden slats against your back and your hips, which made for a very uncomfortable night. The ventilation system in the room is typical office AC and extremely noisy. The bathroom was just a public restroom, which served the entire flex office. Of note, the note on the wall of the restroom seemed to indicate there was an expectation that the users were to keep the restroom clean.This is not meant in any way to be an accommodation setting.
