Relaxing and homelike feel!

The stay was fantastic! The property was very clean and full of amenities. The pool area was relaxing and peaceful! Nick was very welcoming and an overall great host. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back when we visit the area again!

Fantastic Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Nick was an excellent host, and he made the check-in process easy. The cute animals were an added bonus, the pool was relaxing, and the neighborhood was quiet! Excellent place! Would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in the Tampa area.

Wonderful secluded treasure. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Loved the property. Chickens were so fun to watch. We eneded up giving them names by the time we left. Property manager super friendly and easy to get into touch with, if needed. Would definitely stay again!

What a hidden Gem

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming countryside property! From the moment we arrived, our host’s warmth and hospitality were evident. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his kindness truly set the tone for our vacation. The goats, cows, and chickens roaming around created the perfect farm-like atmosphere! One of the highlights was receiving fresh, free-range eggs straight from the farm for our morning breakfast—absolutely delicious! The accommodations were clean, cozy, and had all the comforts of home. We can’t say enough good things about our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Soo relaxing

We stayed the middle of November after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton had hit. The property grounds were already cleaned up when we arrived despite having lost some big trees. The pool house is charming with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were in town for a wedding and visit ing family. The pool was Soo relaxing that I took a couple of days to myself and relaxed by the pool, read my book and enjoyed the sound of the water feature in the pool while I drifted off into a nap poolside. Nick was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. We very much enjoyed the propert. It was great to be able to excellent. excellentnd to make sure I sty was excellent.

The most perfect spot

It was quaint, peaceful, and felt right at home. Loved the animals and the owners on site were super friendly, respectful of our privacy and there to answer all our questions. The house supplied anything you would need including linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The trees down the driveway made the perfect photo ops, too!

Hosts are great! Everything we needed was there and even some extras, beachtowels to use were a pleasant bonus. We loved that it was out-of-the-way, but still on-the-way or close to Busch Gardens, ZooTampa etc.

Mother Daughter Getaway!

We miss Nick's place already! My daughter and I attended a wedding in Lakeland and stayed in this Florida hideaway in a great location. It was exactly what we wanted . . . a truly comfortable, clean, inviting home away from home . . . love the very "Florida" feel of the decor, great A/C (upper 90s all week), excellent showers/hot water (I want a luxurious shower on vacation!), relaxing wrap-around veranda for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and of course, the gorgeous pool and patio! Plenty of towels (I love fresh towels!) and great-tasting water from the new fridge (better than ours at home!). Close to the airport and Tampa beaches/shopping, area grocery stores not far, either . . . yet secluded in a very good way (I felt safe knowing the owners on the first floor were the nicest family!). They couldn't have been more helpful (even lending us their umbrella all week for the wedding in torrential rains!). We didn't mind the stairs up to our 2nd floor rental, but it could be difficult for older folks with luggage/groceries. I would go back today if I could!!! I highly recommend and showed it to our friends who now have a daughter living in the area and will surely try to stay there themselves in the future. Thank you, Nick and family, for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to see you again one day!

Great place to stay

Stayed at house for 5 nights, used it as a home base to vacation in the area. this is a great place to stay, the owners are a great family, the house is as listed, keep better then any hotel we have stayed at. if you compare this to a hotel, this is the only way to go. Will book again.

Wonderful stay close to Bush Gardens

Family friendly stay with wonderful patio and pool area. Indoors is true to photos. It was very clean and comfortable with nice extras like charging stations and smart TV. It was a nice escape from the typical tourist hotels. Our stay at this property was seamless and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental if you want a family friendly stay that is away from it all. We loved it!!

Hidden Gem

Definitely everything we needed for our stay plus more. We needed a spot that was a bit exclusive yet affordable, and offered space for 3, and host occasional guest as we were attending a massive event with others. This was a very relaxing spot out away from the busyness of Tampa but was close enough to various shops and stores for essentials. Our host was extremely cool and nice and was super accommodating to a few of our needs. I already have plans for the next stay in Tampa to book this location. Would highly recommend.

Lax in Tampa

We loved our stay. Nick, the host, was great. Very kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for us and the girls loved jumping in the cool pool after lacrosse games. The working farm and animals was super cool. 15 mins from the Tampa Sportsplex, so very convenient for us.

My amazing vacation I ever took

Beautiful house, very friendly hosts! I absolutely loved it. In a country setting but minutes away from stores, gas station or restaurants. Not to far from the beach. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and cozy home with an amazing pool.
