St Pete on the bay

The property was lovely, very clean, and close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc! My youngest also loved the pool access, and we all enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. Would stay here again, and would recommend!!

Great stay where the manatees play!

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, right across the street from the beach and beautiful views of the bay. We loved watching the manatees every day. We look forward to a return visit here!

Sunrise. Where Manatees Play!

Property is as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Loved the water views, saw manatees each evening and dolphins visited the last night of our stay. Beach just across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was perfect!

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach. We are arched manatees play from the balcony. Everyone was really friendly, from staff to other renters. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Wonderful Location!

This was our first stay at this resort/condo. The location was perfect. The beachfront, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance, which we loved. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway from our balcony, not to mention, the daily visits from the manatees were a treat! We are already planning for our vacation here next year. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great stay - needs a few tweaks

I hesitated to write this review. We had a great stay. The property was overlooking the bay and we did have a "sunrise" view. The outdoor balcony was blissful. I love staying at VRBOs and this one was immaculate! The rooms and the furnishings were updated and perfect for my daughter's and my needs. So why the hesitation? The property is through a realty company and they did a great job, but it did mean that there was extra paperwork to which I'm not accustom. The second bathroom shower did not work, but my daughter simply used the master shower. I did let the manager know, so hopefully that has been fixed. At check-out, we tried to turn on the dishwasher (we hadn't needed to turn it on before then) and it would not turn on. No lights or anything. One more thing if you stay there. It is neither a plus or a minus. Some places have basic pantry items like salt and pepper, and a small oil. Coffee and tea and microwave popcorn were the only food stuffs provided, so if you plan to cook, you will have to bring or buy those types of items. I would definitely stay there again. The office was very responsive, so I'm confidant some of the handyman issues have been addressed.
