Our son is a freshman at EC and the condo was a perfect place to stay. It’s close to campus but not in St. Pete. The pool was cooled so it was very refreshing in August.

Tierra Verde Stay

My wife, two teenage granduagthers and I stayed at this condo for three days. Check-in was a matter of the host texting us a door code. The bedrooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The bathrooms were up to date.The living room was nicely furnished and cozy. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back balcony. We swam in the pool. I would definitely return to this unit for another stay.

Beautiful, very clean condo

We had come to this part of Florida with friends, who were camping at Fort De Soto. What a great location – less than five minutes from their campsite. Condo is well furnished and even has some streaming channels available. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise Found!

Saw the manatees and dolphins at the dock ♥️ Caught a bunch of fish at dock.(we used a weight and a hook and shrimp fish bites. Cast straight off doc towards bay. You will get a hit every time) Cooled off in the pool in the evening time. (I liked the hot tub) We cooked almost every meal there. The grill(s) auto light don't work. Pack a lighter. Fort Desoto beach is 5.00 for the whole day to park and they have snack bar. Toll is .75. Other beaches are like 5.00 an hour.Some shopping places you have to pay by the hour to park. Signs for app to pay provided at all parking. (This was a new thing for us so sharing) The condo was very clean. Natasha was prompt to answer any questions. Bring quarters for beach tolls and laundry (fyi) although some tolls you buzz through and they will mail bill. We have no tolls where we live but VA ezpass would work here. We had no issues at all with anything at the property. Chuck in maintenance is super nice. We met some great neighbors too! We would hands down rent this again!!

Nice getaway place

Enjoyed the sunrises from balcony and dolphins from the observation deck during sunrise! Close to beautiful Ft. Desoto Beach! Nice and quiet! Enjoyed hot tub too! Nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shampoo and body wash dispensers.

Family Fishing Charter Trip

We wanted a stay in a location quick to take out onto the water. This place was a perfect location for us. Pool and hot tub so if you don’t wanna run and gun you can hang back and relax poolside. The dock offered two grills that we used which was perfect for a sunset dinner with the family! Even caught a glimpse of a manatee from the dock!!! The home was cozy clean and spacious for our family to relax! We enjoyed coffee and late night drinks from the balcony that offered a beautiful view of the bay! Absolutely NO Complaints!!!

Lovely condo and perfect location

Room wasn't ready for us as it had not been cleaned. A fast response from the host who contacted the cleaning staff who arrived around 5:30 and did a great job. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Enjoyed views of the Bay from the balcony and did some museum visiting and got some nice beach time. Loved it.

Very Comfortable Unit

The owners have done a great job maximizing the space and efficiency of this unit. In 2021 we stayed at a different, very bare bones unit at this complex. We liked the Holiday Island resort so much, we booked our 2022 week while we were still vacationing the year before—but we sought out a bigger, more comfortable unit within a good price range. This one fit the bill. Everything we needed was provided, including a couple detergent packets for laundry, for which I was really appreciative. The furniture has been carefully selected to keep the space uncrowded, while still providing necessary function for 4 guests. Everything was clean when we arrived. This unit has a great location within the complex as well. We really enjoyed our week at this location!

quiet getaway

This was an awesome condo with a great view of the bay. From our balcony we watched dolphins in the sunrise and lights from the bridge at night from the deck on the water. This place was very modern and clean.

Views were beautiful , ver quiet . No serums we’re bad , spa was down first couple days but pool was refreshing . We had the third floor unit so for elderly with mobility issues 3 flights of stairs. Overall a beautiful clean and quiet stay.

Great condo in a great location.

Stayed here for a few days with the family to relax and be close to my favorite beach at Ft. De Soto. The condo was perfect and we very much enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and watched dolphins in the bay one morning. The complex was nice also, the pool and grill area overlooked the bay with a beautiful view of the bridge lit up at night. The kids loved walking on the docks and seeing the fish in the water. The owners were great with all of their communication but one thing I must give kudos for was the guest information book provided. It was so helpful. It included details on the standard stuff like local stores, hospitals, check out details etc. What stood out was the detail provided on working the remotes and the Alexa. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this condo & the entire property. The unit was clean & well maintained. The amenities that came along with the condo including the pool, hot tub & docks were very nice. Getting to see some manatees up close was an added bonus. Natasha was easy to communicate with & allowed us an early check in which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to others. Thanks!
