Does not get any better

Only a couple of miles from the parkway but once you get back to the house it is very quiet and calm. Just what the doctor ordered after a day on the parkway or parks. House well stocked and beds were outstanding!! Definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Great stay

They house was in a fantastic location, Location is in between Pidgeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Right down the street from Dollywood. It's was quiet, beautiful, and near walmart and lots of food locations. But even though it was close to all those things, it was tucked away in quiet area away from main roads. Plenty of space for kids, the game systems were a great touch.

Awesome Place To Stay

We were here for a week at Christmas time with 5 adults and our dogs. The house was extremely clean and well decorated for a cozy cabin feel. The location was close to everything we needed in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but away from the busiest parts of town in a secluded and quiet location a couple miles from Dollywood. The hosts, Kim & Logan, were great to deal with and we loved the thoughtful gifts they left for us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

This cabin was perfect!

We had such a great stay! The sheets and bedding were so comfortable! My kids really enjoyed playing the arcade games and I personally loved the smell of the wallflowers. House was very clean and comfortable. They even gave us some yummy local jams that were delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Getaway

Sunnydale is GREAT! Very clean, furnished well, easy check in and check out. The hosts are extremely responsive and very cordial. The location is very convenient to Dollywood, shopping, eating, etc. We are already looking forward to a visit in the Spring.

A home away from home

We were hit by Hurricane Helene. We thought of cancelling, but we are so glad we didn't. This property became our home away from home for 4 nights. We were so thankful to have power and a hot shower. Plus, the home was extremely clean and the owners were so thoughtful and kind-hearted. We were greeted with some goodies, our pets were comfortable with a nice large yard to walk around, the beds were more comfy than our beds at home, you are so close to all Pigeon Forge & Sevierville have to offer, yet away from the hustle & bustle....the list of wonderful thinks at this property goes on and on. My favorite part was being able to hear the train at Dollywood! Thank you sooo much Kim and Logan! We can't say thank you enough!

Close to Everything and Still Peaceful

Owners helped me work through an issue with my card processing before we ever checked in. Home was well stocked with anything you’d need as well as some awesome free goodies from the host. Both king beds were extremely comfortable. House is tucked back in a quiet little holler as advertised and made for a peaceful/relaxing stay. 5 minutes to Dollywood, 12 minutes to the Island and surrounding attractions, 15 minutes to Apple Barn with minimal traffic at all times we travelled. Was perfect for three adults but would also work great for families with kids.

We were very pleased with this home! The location was perfect because of its proximity to Dollywood and the downtown Pigeon Forge area. The house itself was very clean and had more than enough space for us AND our dogs! The hosts are also very kind and quick to answer any questions we had.

Quiet and out of the way

The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable! The day we checked in was pushing over 90s, they had the AC turned down, the ceiling fan on the house was very comfortable for us. All three bedrooms are very clean, very comfortable very well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, plate silverware everything you needed. Plenty of glasses in the kitchen which was very nice! House is located just off the beaten path, but close enough to be in town within about seven or eight minutes. We had excellent Wi-Fi connection, excellent TV viewing options, overall a very nice say. The only thing that would have made a little better, would have been more outdoor seating. There's a fire pit, but really not enough seats for everyone to set outside and enjoy it as much. But otherwise everything was excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or any comments that were sent their way, overall exceptionally managed.

Could not have been better!!!

It is like being in the country and house was so comfortable and cozy and most important so clean. The front porch has rocking chairs which we used every morning while reading and having our coffee. It was so comfortable I read an entire book. The location was just a down the road from everything. The appliances were all the best and all in working order. The decorations were awesome. Plenty of towels. Laundry room was perfect for our poms to stay while we ventured out. Thanks so much for making our stay the best property yet while visiting the area. Hope to be back next year.
