THE perfect house!!

This house could not have been any more perfect! The location was incredible, with incredible views of the beautiful rock formations, and very easy to get to grocery stores, great restaurants, and walking distance to several trailheads!! The space in the house is more than adequate, it is awesome! It was clean and decorated so tastefully and had great cookingcand serving ware! There are four bedrooms and four baths, four different seating areas, and several games for entertainment! Jay, our host, was wonderful communicating with us. Each of us said we will definitely rent the space again should we find ourselves back in Sedona! Thank you Jay for sharing this fabulous home!

This property has everything and more that you need. It is stunning and close to everything. Views I want to hear again. I can’t see it anymore. were beautiful. There were eight of us, all over 70 (or close to it) and we could not have been happier. Host was quick to answer all of our questions. Check in and check out was a breeze! We would love to stay here again.

Get together with friends

Upon entering the house you are greeted with a magnificent view of Sedona red rocks from the big living room window. This beautiful house was the perfect rendezvous site for our small group of friends. Plenty of gathering spots inside and outside. We all enjoyed looking at the stars each night from the rooftop patio. The owner, Jay Patel, was easily reached through VRBO app.

BEST VRBO we've rented!

We had a quick weekend get away with family and cousins. The house was amazing! In a GREAT location and everything was clean and labeled. It was very well stocked and we were all very impressed. We rent from VRBO a lot, in many different locations and this property went above and beyond! We will definitely be back.

I can't say enough good things. Is it possible for a home, location or host to be topped in Sedona? Definitely not. Jay was incredible, providing tons of great recos and always quick to respond. He loves sharing his home and it really shows. Everything was impeccably clean and up-to-date. There were cozy blankets everywhere as another nice touch. The pictures do not lie - the views are amazing. I spent every morning on the rooftop with my coffee enjoying the views. The home is very centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and trails. Thank you, Jay, for creating lasting memories for me, my husand, 3 children and in-laws!!

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our group of friends who were in Sedona for a reunion weekend. The location was great. Rooftop has a spectacular view of Thunder Mountain. And all the comforts were there - full kitchen, laundry, grill, TV, lounge space. Owner is super communicative, instructions for everything - down to every light switch - super clear. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property! Great location! The house has everything you could need and is well labeled (that was really nice). Lovely garden area. Great views! Kitchen was well stocked except limited spices (only salt and pepper). A little tricky to get the family room tv to turn on (could not get it to connect to YouTube TV (all the others were great). We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, comfortable home with ample space for my family of 7, ranging in age from 3-83. Extraordinary outside spaces with views of red rocks and tranquil green areas. Well-appointed kitchen, baths, and laundry. Great gameroom space for the kids. Our host, Jay, was helpful and very responsive. It was a phenomenal week in Sedona!

Amazing VRBO

This was an amazing place, great features, close distance to everything and yet secluded from everyone at the same time. Walking distance to trails, we had family members, 3 & 9 and they were able to walk to the trails as well. Highly recommend this to anyone. Jay is super easy to talk to, great communicator, responds very quickly. Thank for a wonderful weekend!

An Amazing Property

What a wonderful place in Sedona. The location was wonderful with access to everything with ease. The owner was more than accommodating, completely responsive to any questions or requests. The home was immaculate and well suited to our group, including 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a great game room, a rooftop hangout, and a great, spacious living area. Exceptional getaway in Sedona!

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona and we look forward to returning soon! Jay's place is beautiful, and we loved the welcoming and well laid out house. We especially enjoyed the proximity to hiking, the views from the house and the meticulously labelled cupboards and drawers that were equipped with everything you could reasonably need. Jay was also very communicative and easy to connect with for any questions or requests. His description of the house is right on-it was perfect.
