Relájese y descanse en nuestra multi-premiado alojamiento pasiva solar, diseñado por los propietarios para mantener una temperatura agradable durante todo el año. Ubicado en medio de las magníficas vistas que ofrecen las colinas del Norte Harcourt y céntrico a Bendigo y Castlemaine, su, alojamiento privado autónomo que permite el lujo de almohada encabezó camas con sábanas de calidad en dos habitaciones alfombradas de tamaño generoso con preciosas vistas al jardín. Su alojamiento independiente con encanto cuenta con 2 dormitorios amplios, baño de lujo con bañera de hidromasaje, cocina y sala de estar con estufa de leña acogedor. Our Summer Retreat

Wedding anniversary weekend

A beautifully presented guesthouse and property. We were impressed with the detail of the building and its eco-friendly and energy efficient structure. Cleanliness was outstanding and everything that we needed was provided, including tasty homemade ingredients for breakfasts. The surrounding property was secluded and peaceful though near enough for trips to Castlemaine, Bendigo and Maldon. The hosts were friendly and attentive to our comfort and their dog kept us amused in the pool! A very memorable weekend that we hope to return to in the future and would recommend to all.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful accommodation and location. The perfect get away

Booking and check in process was very easy. It was a long drive so was nice to find the essentials for a coffee/cup of tea available. Breakfast for the next morning was taken care of too. Gorgeous pool. We we're made to feel very welcome. Outstanding view. Hosts were very welcoming and Milo the dog was very friendly and played with the kids around the pool both evenings.

Beautiful property

Stunning views, lovely house. Very refreshing to stay somewhere, where the owners were environmentally aware. The house was very well appointed, but the kitchen was a little too small to accommodate our family of 5. As an introvert with social anxiety, i found it challenging that the owners were very present, they were lovely however and extremely helpful. The teens enjoyed Milo the very talented Kelpie for ball games! Highly recommend the Chocolate Lily for families.

Our Stay at The Chocolate Lily

A fantastic, restful, long weekend was something that the whole family needed so badly. The rammed earth main wall and Terrazzo concrete slab throughout the house, combined with clever Solar Passive design, meant that for the length of our stay we did not need to heat or cool the house even once. The kids loved the solar-heated pool, and the resident soccer playing Kelpie Milo kept them amused with her exemplary ball control and heading skills! Virginia and Peter have a lovely property, and some great sustainable living ideas can be seen throughout. Sensational views are at your doorstep, and a short drive takes you to nearby towns such as Castlemaine, Bendigo, and Maldon. Five stars ***** and highly recommended! Gary, Michelle, and Family The homegrown produce, and homemade food that was supplied for our family's breakfasts was excellent.
