Ballard Family Visit

Property was comfortable, clean, quiet, uncluttered and well appointed. Good stock of kitchen supplies and basic condiments. Multiple good quality coffee/tea options. Traveling with a 93 year old I especially appreciated four steps up to the house from the street and a single level floor plan. Not the place for a rollicking young person’s party weekend, but perfect for a quiet stay. I would definitely rent again.

Great place and area

Had a very pleasant stay and interaction with everyone. Very clean and comfortable in a fun area. Accessible to great coffee, food, and shopping all with a very minimal walking distance. We plan on coming back when in the area if it’s available.

Family Visit

We love staying at the Ballard Bungalow when we come to town to visit our kids and grandson. Everything is always easy and clean. Great location. We will return soon!

We used the property as my daughter was recovering from ACL surgery. The few steps in was coveted for a person on crutches. Easy drive to Green Lake, Ballard, Olympic Park.

The perfect place for us!

Can’t say enough about this place. My husband and I and our little 8 lb poodle stayed here for a month for both business and pleasure. The place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, fantastic beds (we both got the best nights sleep). Lots of extra bedding for cold nights and soft blankets to snuggle up on the couch together and watch all sorts of stuff on the extra large big screen TV. A roomy kitchen to cook in, with everything we needed. Plenty of Wi-Fi space for business and pleasure. Fantastic bath and shower. Great location. We walked all over the friendly neighborhood. Nearby restaurants, bars, coffee - try out MAINSTAY for the yummy breakfast sandwiches. Plus a small convenience store not even a block away with great beer and a massive burger and fries. Jeff and Shimon are the perfect hosts. The check in and check out were super easy and they were not intrusive at all, but quickly responded if we had questions or needs. And if you’re a dog lover and bring your pup, your dog will feel as welcomed as you do. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing place to call home away from home!

My son and I took a few day 1:1 get away to Seattle and I wanted to make it special and memorable. Having this home made our stay comfortable and convenient. Being in a neighborhood close to so much made it perfect to come and go throughout our adventures. It is stylish, comfortable, clean, well thought out and everything we. Of have hoped for. We were well cared for by our host and will stay again on our next visit! You cannot go wrong with this wonderful option.

Great stay in Ballard!!

My wife and I stayed in Jeffrey's beautiful house in Ballard, Washington visiting our son for 5 days. The location close to Seattle landmarks such as the Locks, Discovery and Gasworks Parks, and the Seattle Zoo. Also close to neighborhood coffee shops. The warmth of the house and all the preparations done by Jeffrey were palpable. We could not recommend this house and location more highly. We had the best of times staying there.

Lovely property

Property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and pleasant. My son especially enjoyed the board games in the house - monopoly, game of life and operation! Highly recommended!

Clean and Comfortable

This property was as described. Property was very clean and not cluttered with unnecessary items. Great kitchen, laundry area. Living and dining spacious and clean. On street parking was not a problem. Jeff was awesome and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent again if in the area, close to Pike Market and Stadiums.

Great Ballard House with Fenced Yard

We loved this house! It was in a perfect location for trips to the zoo and downtown. It was walking distance to a great park and cute coffee shops and restaurants. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The owner was so communicative and check-in was easy.
