Home away from home

This place made me feel right at home. While it was in close proximity to the city, the quietness of the property made me feel like I was at home. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities this property offered, and the owners were very kind to us throughout our whole vacation.

Great place to relax

This property was well stocked with games, kitchen equipment and two LP Grills. More than ample seating both inside the eating area as well as outside. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was kind and quick to answer all questions

Home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We rented the house for 25 days and found it very comfortable. It was perfectly appointed down to the last detail. There were puzzles and games, binoculars and a stroller, outdoor toys and seating areas, a full kitchen, a comfortable bed and excellent shower, etc… etc… The location was close to the freeways and we made multiple trips, including Cave Creek, the Grand Canyon, the Lost Dutchman State park, and a daily from the house to the Deem recreation area where we enjoyed the bird life and we were even lucky enough to see a bobcat. The highlight of the yard was the tether ball! There is a nice pool which we didn’t use. The owners were only a text away and always replied quick. Overall a wonderful, comfortable home.

Wonderful stay!

The house and property were beautiful! We were looking for somewhere quiet and accessible to the freeway. We definitely got that with this house. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. There was a nice strolling hike nearby that we hiked a few days that we were there. The freeway was only 5 minutes away from the house which made it easy for us to get where we were going quickly. My son and I got to spend a good amount of time playing in the backyard which was so inviting and comfortable. I lost my wedding ring at some point on the stay and Linda went above and beyond to check the house when we checked out. We will definitely book here again.

Comfy and Clean - Fantastic Stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this great house - it was a perfect home base for a spring training gathering of friends. I was impressed with how well-stocked the house was - every single item that was needed for cooking meals at the house was easily found and the coffee maker with coffee pods included was a thoughtful touch. House and outdoor pool were immaculate and the interactions with the the owner were prompt and polite. We especially enjoyed the multiple comfortable outdoor areas. We were able to gather around a (quite small) gas fire and it was the perfect setting to catch up with old friends and talk into the night about baseball and life. The house is fairly far outside of any major urban areas, but close enough to Uber/Lyft to the ballgames, and is close to several adjacent hiking trails that provided a great way to start the day, which is exactly what we were looking for. Overall a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay

The house was perfect and just as advertised. The owners were super helpful, checked in periodically, and arranged time to come by and tend to pool and plants. The house came with anything you would possibly need from shampoo to ponchos! Super pleased with the stay and will definitely book again when visiting family!

Couldn't ask for more!

This home is amazing! It has everything you need for a fun and relaxing family vacation. My teenager is ready to move into this house :) And on top of it all, the most accommodating and kind homeowners provide an exceptional level of service. I highly recommend staying at the Cornflower Cottage anytime you're in the Phoenix area.

Wonderful place for a family!

Our stay was fantastic! Hosts communicated before, during and after our stay, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed (including small things we forgot!) and the house and yard were exceptionally clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the birds in the backyard each morning. Would highly recommend.
