AMAZING House and GREAT Location

My family and I spent 4 days at this home and it was a very comfortable stay for all of us. The location was so convenient. Super close to grocery stores, food places and shopping. Neighborhood felt safe and was clean. Pool was clean and warm. Owner was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to staying here. Thank you!

The house was great and looked just like the listing. Only issue was we showed up 30 minutes after check in and the code didn’t work. Also, it was still being cleaned. Had to wait for the cleaner to rush to finish. Garbages weren’t emptied, towels in washer. No toilet paper or laundry detergent as stated in listing. Overall the house appeared cleaned but due to the cleaner having to rush a lot was missed.

Excellent Condition and Clean

House was very clean, very convenient, and the pool was great. House has minimalist furniture in bedrooms (which I preferred). House has limited kitchen appliances, gadgets, and large items. Bathrooms had great shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash (not a problem).

Great family space

My daughter and I took her youngest and two more grandkids with us. The pool was a big hit! House was close to everywhere we wanted to go. (Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix)

Great Place!

This house was perfect for our friends get away. The house has been fully remodeled and it is like new. Exceptionally clean and everything worked! The outside pool and patio was perfect to hangout and visit. We would definitely stay there again! Note this is in a neighborhood with kids and dogs so it was a bit noisy but good noise. It was nice to see young kids outside playing ball, swimming, jumping rope, etc. vs having their nose stuck in a phone.

Nice place contact was quick to respond to our inquiries only slight, pool is heated but was not very warm it appears the heater is not strong enough for the size of pool. Everything else was perfect

Excellent Experience

We absolutely loved the experience at this property. We were welcomed with snacks right inside the door which was great for the kids after a day on the road. The house is freshly remodeled with great taste and has a new home feel. Really appreciated the communication throughout the process which made our stay effortless. We will definitely be returning to do it all over again!

Loved the property. Beautiful house. Easy access to highways. Only issue was with the check in time on all correspondence and in property description on website vs. time owner said. We chose the property in part because check in time on advertisement said 3:00. All correspondence prior to final arrival instructions said 3:00. Final text from property management said 4:00.

Great pool.

We had a great time because of the heated pool with a diving board. The grandkids loved it. The large house is lacking in furniture. There were 5 of us and only 4 seats at the dining room table (we used a bar stool), a sofa (3seat) in the family room, and the information varied depending on what you were reading. There were a few more things but our manager was really helpful and we would probably come back again for the pool!
