Terrible place to stay
Check in was at 4. Received the code for entry and we entered the room at 4:10 to discover the room had not yet been cleaned. Cleaners entered as we were discussing it and were surprised someone was in the room. We told them we would give them some time to clean and we would come back. We came back 2 hours later to not be able to enter the room. We called the office and waited for half an hour for the issue to be resolved. Finally got in only to have someone enter the room about an hour later. The bathroom light switch had a motion sensor that we could not turn off and it woke us constantly all night long. Constant noise of drug addict conversations all night as well. We were willing to deal with the forewarnings of homelessness etc in the area however the main issues were not related to that. When we received our invoice they had incorrectly charged us for a pet fee that they said they would send a refund. We have still not received it.
