Old Town Scottsdale

Perfect for a large family. 5 bedrooms 3 bath. Pool was not very clean. The pool cleaners were out twice and they were shocked. It was still safe to swim just cloudy. We really enjoyed the grill and the space. It is not perfect, but functional. They have repairs being done and patches on the wall. If you can look past this you will really love this property. It looks like they are trying to fix these issues. Be careful the trash drawer does not open correctly. Also the corner canbinet opens in opposite directions and you can really get a pinch. Appliances are great. The front right burner did not work. It was very cool in bedrooms which is great but the main room was hot, we got some fans and this helped. The speakers on the back patio do not work and no way to turn on fans on patio. I assume that there is a remote but we did not find. The pool cleaners did ask that no one should touch the controls to pool. The area to get back to controls is very small and if you are a larger adult you would not be able to get back there. They really need to fix that part. Directions to use spa and pool not ver clear. These issues would not deter me to rent this property again. I hope that they can fix these minor issues.

Family getaway

We loved our time at the house. The property was spotless and everything smooth from the checking to the checkout. Beds were comfortable, wifi was strong, TVs were easy to use and the pool was clean and refreshing for the hot weather. Would definitely go back.

Great Family Reunion

We held our bi-annual family reunion at this home and we were very happy with the property. There were 9 of us. The bedrooms were huge. Air conditioner worked well. The bathrooms (towels, shampoo, etc)& kitchen were well stocked. We enjoyed outdoor space & indoor pool table. My only complaints include; there were no dressers for our cloths. There were a few hangars, but not enough. Also could not find a vacuum, for daily cleanup. Also, fyi….this property is also not walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. The management team was quick to address any issues we had while on site. We would stay there again!

Golf trip

Came here for a golf trip with a total of 6 guys, was the perfect location and plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. Would recommend.

Pictures were false

The pictures lie about the condition of the house. The patio cushions were old and disgusting. The dishwasher was broken. I paid extra for a heated pool which never worked and they didn’t refund me any money for it. They told me two nights before we were supposed to be there that it was broken and would refund me but then blamed me saying I didn’t text them it was broken. Why is that my fault? The glass door on the only bathtub makes it nearly impossible to bath a baby. Very dumb design just so they don’t have to deal with a shower curtain. Everything looks new and beautiful in the pics but it was a far stretch of reality. Very cheap and not thought out at all. Never staying there again and don’t recommend them AT ALL

Girls Trip

We had an amazing stay at this property. There was plenty of common space, both indoor and outdoor, for us to spend time in. The rooms were all spacious and the appliances are modern and clean (including the grill). Definitely a great property for groups!

Boys Golf Retreat

Great house for a group!

Great customer experience from start to finish. Management reps very responsive and professional. The house was amazing for a group of friends and families. Close to all the attractions. Nice neighborhood. Will be back.

Amazing Property!

This house is amazing, and exactly as advertised. It's very spacious, both inside and out. Plenty of space for our entire group, with great inside/outside living. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's next to a nice little park. We will absolutely book this house again next year!

Great Scottsdale Girls Get-away

Overall we loved this home. The kitchen is lacking in some key items such as spatulas, cookie/baking sheets, a decent corkscrew (bring your own or risk shoulder injury), and decent instructions need to be included about both recycling and trash handling. However, when asked, service team was quick with responses. Pool towels are provided, which is a big plus, along with plenty of bath towels. Those are huge wins for me. Quality of toilet paper was atrocious (very hard/rough) for the price paid for a rental--definitely needs an upgrade in that area which is important to a house full of girls! Overall, though, great house with many lovely amenities and will consider staying there again.
