He sido alojado por anfitriones de todo el mundo, ahora es mi turno de alojar el mundo. Esta villa es un corte de Italia. Desde los vecinos amigables hasta la fantástica comida y bebida de los lugareños. Ya sea que desee cocinar sus propios mariscos locales del mercado de pescado del vecindario o relajarse y disfrutar de uno de los sabores locales en la calle. Puerto Rico es conocido por su comida y playas. Ven y quédate en mi pequeño pedazo de cielo, creo que estarás de acuerdo. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentir que estás soñando.

Hidden gem in Penuelas, PR

The view from the pier is what Puerto Rico is all about. I would stay again if ever in PR.

Beautiful view of the ocean!

This property could be so much more with a couple minor changes. The apartment was dusty and had out dated fans that were not clean so we did not dare turn them on. We killed 3 roaches which I did have great communication with the owner and he was sending someone to fumigate but I asked him to hold off since we were in the apartment. The shower knob was broken and he responded immediately to get that fixed which turned out to be a bigger project so that was on hold as well. We did have hot or cold water so we did manage. The location is nice and close to many beaches but you do need a car to get around. The amenities listed on line are accurate but they need to adjust based on the length of stay and people staying. We stayed for 8 days with 4 of us and we had 2 rolls of toilet paper and half roll of paper towels. If there was a fitness room we had no idea where it was. I had to ask where the laundry was as it was not listed anywhere in the binder left in the apartment. It’s on the patio which was nice. We arrived to location at 10:30pm. We were given Instructions to go to second villa and there is a lock box on rail with key. To our surprise there was no lock box and we didn’t know our Villa #. We were a bit frantic as I called Paul that night and there was no answer. we had groceries and thought we had no place to stay the night until my uncle tried opening the door which was left open. After 30 minutes we finally were inside. A 3 due to all this. I prefer old San Juan

Our stay 1/26/23-2/4/23

Perfect for people who want to take adventures around the island. Amazing food within walking distance at Santinis! The sunsets and kayaking and snorkeling at this place were great too! We met some locals that live here that were all very nice and one had a pup named coco he was so love able! We took so many adventures and truly loved our stay. Beds were comfortable:) had an issue with only cold water in the shower and it was fixed so fast!

Wonderful getaway

This was my first time staying at a VRBO property and didn't quite know what to expect. Everything from the very start was super easy. Paul was very attentive, answered all our questions quickly, recommended good places for excursions, everything was cleaned so well, and the location was absolutely beautiful! We felt safe and secure, close enough to grocery store yet far enough away so there wasn't a lot of traffic, gas station nearby, restaurants, our favorite Santino's outdoor restaurant was within walking distance which had amazing tacos! Kayaking was an added bonus that we did a few times per day with the kids with breathtaking views. Thank you Paul for an amazing stay! We will definitely be in contact with you again when we come back! Jeff, Shannon & kids!

The property was very nice, the apartment was very comfortable and extremely clean. However, it was in an area that made me feel a little uncomfortable. It’s behind some abandoned buildings/homes on a dead end road. There is no access to a beach area to swim and the property doesn’t have a common pool area, only the “executive villas”. I traveled with kids so it was hard for them not have anywhere to swim when is very hot. But I must say, the owner Paul was very attentive , kind and informative.

lovely place

the place was lovely, clean and the owner was very nice to deal with. However, the location was not my favorite. its located at the end of a very quiet road with not much to do. if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the spot. there is a very nice down to earth outdoor restaurant around the corner(cant remember the name)that was lots of fun. Also, the Free Kayaks and paddle boards were a plus. maybe it wasnt the right time of year.
