Wow, don’t wait just BOOK IT!!

This is our second stay at Mikes condo, Splash 2nd floor. It was quieter this week, but still plenty of kids to play with and fun to be had. The memories we made both years will forever live in our heart. I would return every year and may even book now, and we haven’t ever boarded our return flight yet. It’s clean- sand to be expected. Towels, sand toys, free beach chairs, HUGE BATHROOM AND Bedrooms. Love the double sinks. The people that take care of Splash are so lovely and friendly and make the experience even better. The VIEW AND BEACH are second to NONE. Love the 2nd floor location, food, candy shop and Alvin’s across the way. You really can not get a better vacation, with a more gracious host with a more beautiful beach or view at the price with the kids having the time of their lives. We come from MD and pay less coming here than going to the subpar local beach in Maryland. Don’t wait lust book it!!

Spring Break

It was a great location and the resort and the condo was clean,also fully stocked with everything we needed. Although the elevators were a problem.The whole time we were there one of the two elevators on our tower was not working.We had to use the stairs multiple times, thankfully we were on the second floor and didnt have far to go.Another issue we dealt with and many others did too was no ramp to get our wagons and beach supplies down from the pool area to the beach.We had to tote our wagons up and down the stairs Over all its a nice clean family oriented place to stay and we would return again .

Splash Resort was awesome!

We had the best time staying at this resort. The room was clean and comfortable with the most gorgeous view. The owner is very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend!

Family trip

We enjoyed how convenient it was. Just seconds away from the beautiful beach. The ocean view was amazing. The balcony is huge where we enjoyed meals. The site is very spacious and parking was easy. Family friendly and perfect for small kiddos.

Not What We Expected

Overall, a disappointment. Good layout, great view, great TV system, but a REALLY GOOD deep cleaning is needed. Vacuum cleaner is worthless for the vinyl flooring, furniture is dated, master bed comfortable but we had to wash the comforter to get rid of a nauseous odor. Was definitely not what we expected.

Nice view wouldn’t stay again

On arrival the unit wasn’t super clean, sand on the floors and living room clearly needed to be mopped, there was mold on the fridge and a bad smell in the apartment. This unit had absolute bare bone amenities. Only one hand soap in the unit even though there were three sinks, one garbage bag, and just bare bones kitchen essentials. The listing mentioned kids dishes and there were none. The front bedroom is basically like sleeping with the lights on due to the lack of curtains and there is a very bright light right outside the window, my kiddo couldn’t sleep in there. The bed in the master is quite hard. The unit itself is in pretty rough shape from the floors to the baseboards to the shower curtain rods needing to be mounted so they don’t fall to an overall paint job and updated furniture as they are quite worn and uncomfortable. It seems general upkeep is on the back burner in this unit. As for Splash itself it was fine but we wouldn’t go back. The main reason we went there was for the splash area and the water was so cold my toddler couldn’t go in it. It also didn’t turn on until random times throughout the day, sometime around noon. Pools were very dirty (cockroaches). The pool side food place was supposed to be open until Nov 1 but apparently was closed 5 days early with no sign they were closed for the season. Went several times to try to order food but couldn’t and no workers around to ask. As a VRBO host ourselves, this unit just didn’t meet our standards.

November stay

Most everything closed November 1st so it was a ghost town. Restaurant and coffee shop both closed. One pool and all children’s water amenities under renovation. No prior information was given on closings of resort and beach amenities. The condo was worn and furniture soiled.

Wow!! Loved our experience!!

Mike was absolutely wonderful!! So very friendly and helpful!! He honestly went out of his way to help with any and every need we had!! :) The condo is beautifully stocked with everything you might and your family might need!! We forgot beach toys and there's a full closet of them!! There was also a stroller, beach umbrella, and a beach chair!! Beds were super comfortable with ample space for everyone. The condo is very well maintained with special thoughts to small details!! When staying at Splash-staying in Mikes condo is a MUST!!! :)

A dream come true

An absolutely amazing place!! The view was incredible, the amenities were great, and it exceeded all our expectations. Quick access to the pools and the beach, and really close to the elevator. We will absolutely be willing to stay here again!!

2024 Vacation

My husband and I loved your condo. The beds were comfy. The living and kitchen area was great. I especially loved the bar stools! My granddaughter cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen which was supplied with everything we needed. We loved being on the second floor and the view from the balcony. 206W at Splash was a great condo for my family. I highly recommend this place. Easy access to the beach and all offered amenities. Check in/out was super easy and great communication from owner when needed. A++++

Perfect stay

The location was perfect. We try to stay below the 4th floor during this time of year (July) because the elevators can be so slow and we can’t take stairs if needed. The room was very clean and exactly as described. The master bed was firmer than I prefer but I just ran to Walmart and grabbed a topper. The owner was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly each time. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

Great Location

This is a very nice condo right on the beach. Unfortunately, we had all red and double red flags on our stay, but the resort came through with a beautiful pool area and fun stuff to do for my younger kiddos. I also loved the food stands on location. Honestly, the food at the resort was just as good if not better than the trendy higher end restaurants we tried. The condo itself was clean with plenty of room for our family of four. The balcony was huge compared to others we’ve stayed at. The AC was fabulous on those 90+ degree days. We have zero complaints.

Great family condo and resort!

Our family of 4 (2 kids 8/5) stayed 7 nights in Mikes condo. We had a great time! The resort seemed to be pretty well kept up with from the amount of guests it receives. The condo itself was clean and had minimal issues. (Expected wear on high traffic areas and such). When we arrived we ran into a parking issue so I called Mike. He immediately answered and resolved our issue. He then texted back after the call to give us some tips and advice for the resort. All week and ever since my kids have been begging to go back! FYI no rooftop luggage in the parking garage except ground level. Try to check in and out at weird times to avoid luggage carrier and elevator logjam. We will very likely be returning to this condo !

Excellent Time

Great place to stay with the family. Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for 6. Only complaint- we could not finding a cutting board (we cook all our meals when traveling).
