Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at the house - the outdoor pool and hot tub area was perfect for our group. The property management was 10/10 and responding quickly to help with any of our needs. Could not have asked for a better trip!

Great Family Home

While we had to cut our vacation short due to Hurricane Helene, the house had everything we needed for a great stay! Plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms, a pool and conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and shopping made our stay perfect! Next time we will be sure to plan our stay around hurricane season.

Great house in a great location.

We loved this house. The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive even when the air conditioner went out. They had someone come out on Sunday night to fix it. The grill needs to be replaced and some black out curtains could help but those are minor things compared to the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Roadtrip to 30A

Overall this property was great. Communication was great right from the start, and we found the house to be exactly as advertised. The kitchen and living space was really large and spacious, definitely made for a comfortable experience for our group. The piece that was the biggest plus was the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom - that was the deciding factor for us when we booked and it was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious as well. The house was very clean, and location was excellent with easy access to the beach. The enclosed backyard also made it great for our dogs. The only minuses were the cost to heat the pool - it was a much higher quote than other properties we were looking at, so we didn’t opt to do it. Unfortunately the water was pretty chilly while we were there in April, so we didn’t utilize the pool much at all. The grill could use a good cleaning (a lot of grease in the catch pan - make sure you have salt on hand), and the lounge chairs in the backyard could use replacing. But overall, minor inconveniences in the long run - we would gladly stay again.

30a getaway doesnt disappoint

Beautiful house on the beach, with pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor space. minutes from rosemary, alys and the other beautiful gulf beach communities, we had a fantastic holiday getaway. def would book/stay again

Brilliant Beach Holiday

I guess you get what you pay for- this is an absolutely amazing property in a fantastic location with an immaculate finish. We were 2 adults and 3 children and had loads of room to enjoy- I specifically loved the under property pool- it was shaded from the direct heat at the hottest time of day, and let the kids swim when it rained. Loved the home.

Wonderful Emerald Coast property

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, great location, short walk to the beach and added bonus of a private pool. The hosts for our stay were wonderful, great communication and gave us suggestions for restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely look to stay here again!

Great place with a short walk right to the beach. Only thing to note is you can not run the hot tub manually it’s all programmed for the evening only. Also to have it heated it’s $150 per day. Also only available some months.

Beautiful House

We enjoyed the house and it fit our family of four with another family of four just perfectly! Our only disappointment was the distance to the beach (we thought it would be a little closer) and the cost to run the pool/jacuzzi. It was very chilly the first few days of our trip and we would have loved to be able to enjoy the hot tub. Other than that, it was a great trip overall!

Perfect

Will book this again next year! Was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Loved the neighborhood and pool and fenced in back yard. Not suitable for the elderly tho, unless they are capable of climbing stairs. Short walk to a beautiful beach, perfect for your fur babies as well. Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood so it’s very pet friendly.

Great house with fabulous amenities in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful well-appointed property. You can relax in the comfortable, quality furniture and beds with quality linen. The kitchen is well-stocked. We really enjoyed the heated private pool and hot-tub. The house is tucked away in a very pleasant neighborhood and is a short drive from the great restaurants and shops of Rosemary Beach and the Alys resort. Although it was just two of us on this trip, we would definitely revisit this house with the family, as the house is equipped to entertain all ages. Just one thing to be aware of …the house is on stilts and the first floor has amazingly high ceilings, so be prepared to handle lots of stairs.

Great for families!

Great place with easy walk to the beach. You do not have ocean view but do not have to deal with wind off the ocean being outside by the pool. Home has great pool, hot tub and yard. You do have to pay a good amount to have it heated but worth it. Only thing I wish is that the hot tub ran morning hours vs just from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. That said they do keep the pool heated at 90 degrees! Would for sure stay again!

Awesome location and lovely home. I wish they had some of the amenities we are used to having like a wine opener, coffee filters or salt and pepper. Also, the bath towels were sub-par: small and not very plush and absorbent. Lastly, there are ants in the master bathroom. A few kinks for what we understand are new owners, but otherwise great stay!
