We had a great time I have stayed at Long Beach several times as well as other resorts they called to ensure there weren’t any maintenance issues that’s never happened the room was clean, and we were checked in at a reasonable time to still enjoy the day! Little Piece of paradise

Absolutely loved this condo and location. The view is absolutely beautiful. Only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars are small little things. The outdoor seating could use some updating (4 plastic Adirondack chairs currently) and the cookware could use a fresh set. Even if those things don’t get updated I will book again in this condo. Location is great. Right on the beach and in the heart of a lot of great restaurants and shopping( Walmart just across the street). Would recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation in PCB. I think the only thing we would've liked better were the chairs in the balcony. They were very uncomfortable. But other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Love this resort , condo needs update new mattress n sheets needed along with sliding doors hard to open bed lighting in condo n had a leak walked on wet living room floor for two days got interrupted two times with maintenance one time early we were still in bed. But if those things were rectified we’d stay there again very nice location oh hate the shower , tub set up hard for older people.

Overall vacation was great!! Condo furniture is OLD and OUTDATED!!!! Living room, bed room and balcony furniture need to be replaced and updated!!!! Balcony does not have a table. TV's are very small. Cable only works in the Living room. Outside of Condo, Panama City Beach is a great vacation spot.

AFTER 10 YEARS

THE CONDO IS PERFECT FOR JUST A COUPLE, THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN IS GORGEOUS, A COUPLE OF THINGS ONLY 1 HUGE KNIFE, ( MICHAEL MYERS SIZE ), NO STEAK KNIVES, BUY A BAG OF ICE, NO ICE MAKER, ICE TRAYS ARE IN THE PANTRY. HOWEVER !!!! IT WAS A VERY GOOD VACATION, AND YES I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN....

Relax

The condo was perfect. We love staying at the Long Beach Resort. Less crowded and close to Pineapple Willys so you can walk for lunch. The only real complaint would be the sliding glass doors are quite difficult to open. My husband would have to let me in and out bc I couldn’t open it. Also ladies if you have a lot of hair to dry bring your own hairdryer theirs is like on a constant low setting and would take forever to dry your hair if you have really long hair. But overall it was very clean and comfortable and the easiest checkin process!! We will definitely be back!!

Nice but need updates

Cleaning crew did a horrible job. Toothpicks on the nightstand. Blood stains on the comforter. Broken acrylic nail under bed. Mirror under bar very dirty. Had a pretty bad leak. Maintenance took care of promptly. Am concerned for Owner for overall potential subfloor damage. Water seeping very bad between grout in vanity area (left side sink) when you step there. Balcony dirty with metal debris from table all over. Felt for requirements of the renter, owner (or representatives of) does not hold up to their own standards. Entire condo in dire need of upgrades and better cleaning staff.

PCB in the summer is for partying

Beach was super empty compared to the left and the right of the resort. Which was great for July! Not sure how much we love the Long Beach side of PCB as an overall location though unless you are going to party. Would not take my children in the summer. Condo is pretty much as described, could use an update. Balcony was great, view is incredible. Whoever cleans the condo could use a new job though. Not a huge deal, just lazy. Overall it was ok, mainly cause you couldnt beat the beach.

Great trip. The only issue we ran into was the parking pass. The wrong one was left for us in the condo so it was sometimes an issues leaving the resort.

Penthouse Suite...NO

This property is described as Penthouse suite. Serious updates need to happen to qualify as a Penthouse Suite. I noticed several reviews the last 2yrs pointing out issues we found that supposedly were going to be addressed or fixed and have not. Trip work in need of replacing...refrigerator rusty on outside....mold on trim by washer and dryer....small TVs.....outdated overall. This condo needs serious updates. Doesn't show any pride of ownership. The one thing it has going is the view. Outstanding location on 14th floor. We have stayed in several condos at this complex over the years and were shocked by the condition of this place. Appears was purchased strictly as rental and has not been updated in years.

Stunning View¡

The sound of the ocean waves and the beautiful view made our stay exceptional! The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking local gulf 🍤 shrimp in the stocked kitchen. Like most rental properties along the beach, you can tell there is frequent use of this condo. We would definitely stay again!!! P.S. The outside door frame needs some repair it is weathered and falling apart at the seams. Thanks for a relaxing time!!! Salt Life Lovers

Needs some work!

I get that it is a rental property but I would think you would want to keep it looking good! Pros: great views, comfy bed, washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, basics of clean Cons: not really what you would expect as it was listed, out dated, rust all over the outside of the refrigerator, could not use the pans because the were scratched all up, need to replace some of the basics like lamp shades (black on the bottom), tv’s are very small, just seemed neglected. 😞
